Request for Proposals (RFP) Graphic Design Services

Project Overview:

The Center for Neighborhoods is seeking the expertise of a qualified graphic designer to create a range of visual assets for our upcoming Louisville Community Development Network (LCDN) Summit. The selected graphic designer will be responsible for designing the following assets:

• LCDN Summit Sponsorship Package
• Invitations
• Social Media Assets
• LCDN Digital Badge
• 2 Newsletter Templates
• Event Programs

About Louisville Community Development Network (LCDN):

The Louisville Community Development Network (LCDN) is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting equitable community development in Louisville. As a network of Community Development Corporations (CDCs) and nonprofit organizations, we work collectively to empower communities, advocate for change, and foster collaboration. 

Project Details:

Sponsorship Package:

• Incorporate the LCDN brand identity and logo into the package.
• Design a visually appealing and informative sponsorship package that includes various levels of sponsorship details.
• Create graphics and infographics to highlight the benefits of sponsoring the LCDN Summit.
• Ensure the package is print-ready and available in digital formats.

Event Branding Package:

Invitations

• Craft visually appealing digital invitation templates that can be shared through email and social media.
• Create and incorporate event branding, essential details, and RSVP information.
• Design variants for different types of invitations, such as VIP, general attendees, and sponsors.

Newsletter Templates

• Create header and footer designs that incorporate the LCDN Summit brand identity.

Social Media Assets

• Develop a set of social media assets (banners, profile images, and post templates) for multiple platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Maintain a consistent visual theme across all assets.
• Include space for event branding, logos, and relevant hashtags.

LCDN Digital Badge

• Create a badge for LCDN members to display on their respective websites

Event Programs 

• Design an event program that encompasses all information about the LCDN Summit, including schedules, speaker profiles, workshop details, and sponsor listings.
• Create a visually engaging cover and inner pages.
• Ensure that the program is print-ready and in a digital format suitable for online distribution.

Submission Requirements

Interested graphic designers should submit the following information:

• A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, particularly those related to event promotion and sponsorship materials.
• A detailed proposal outlining the approach, timeline, and cost for completing the project.
• Confirmation of availability during the specified project timeline.

Timeline:

The project will commence on February 2nd, 2024 and should be fully completed by March 22nd, 2024.

Submission Guidelines:

All proposals or general inquiries must be submitted to Lakyrra Magee-Ruffin at lakyrra@centerforneighborhoods.org. Please indicate your intent to submit a proposal through email by January 10th, 2024. Completed proposals are due by January 26th, 2024.
