Dr. Kish Cumi Price
Board Member
Has served in schools and communities largely representing minoritized populations for over 20 years. Her work has been fueled by a passion for educational and social justice in her various roles as senior policy and advocacy director of early childhood and k-12 policy, director of education policy and programming, executive director of an integrated health care pediatric office, elementary school counselor, CEO and co-founder of a mentoring/tutoring program for middle school students, a clinical mental health counselor for high school students, and a researcher and counselor educator. She advocates for equity in education that extends beyond theory into strategic action.

Dr. Monica Unseld
Board Member
Until Justice Data Partners, her biological training is in endocrine disruption and environmental signaling. During graduate school, she was introduced to the field of environmental justice. For over a decade, she has worked with grass roots environmental justice groups across the nation.
Dr. Randy Whetstone Jr.
Board Member
Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville passionate about empowering people all around the globe.
Dr. Terri Davenport
Board Member
She’s been an educator for over 25 years in Jefferson County Public Schools. She has served in numerous roles, including teacher, instructional coach, elementary principal, and central office administrator. Dr. Davenport holds an EdD from the University of Louisville. Her dissertation is entitled A Qualitative Look at Secondary Trauma Through the Lived Experiences of Elementary Teachers. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Nicole Fitzpatrick
Board Member
Nicole Fitzpatrick is the Community Relations Manager for Louisville Tourism. She has been marketing Louisville for over 18 years and works for the Communication and Marketing Department.
She is primarily responsible for overseeing a range of community relations and outreach along with assisting in public relations and advocacy efforts to help maintain a positive brand image for Louisville Tourism in its support of the hospitality industry to further economic development. Serve as the subject matter expert on diversity, equity and inclusion, marketing collateral, restaurant stakeholders and dining scene, curating community content, and the Urban Bourbon Trail.
Dr. Douglas Craddock, Jr.
Board Member
Dr. Douglas Craddock, Jr. serves as the Interim Vice President for Community Engagement/External Affairs & Chief of Staff for Executive Vice President & Provost at the University of Louisville. He received his doctoral degree from the University of Alabama in Higher Education and Administration.
Dr. Craddock area of expertise is diversity, equity & inclusion, organization & administration, and community engagement. He has a passion for helping organizations and communities uncover practices, processes, and procedures that illuminate and elevate how individuals, teams, and groups can more effectively work together.
Dr. Craddock enjoys spending time with his wife, Bre and daughter, Zoë (Zoey), playing sports and volunteering in the community.
Valecia Quinn
Board Member
Valecia joined Jewish Family & Career Services (JFCS) in May 2021 as Director of Navigate, moving into the nonprofit sector. In this role, Valecia is responsible for providing business planning services and microlending opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. Prior to joining JFCS, Valecia enjoyed a rewarding career of 33+ years in the news publishing industry with Gannett Co., Inc./USA TODAY Network.
Valecia serves on the board for Credit Builders Alliance (CBA) and CBA Fund, a Community Impact Cabinet (CIC) member with Metro United Way and AARP Kentucky Community Volunteer.
